Accountable Recruitment are currently recruiting for this high growth North West organisation, looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the business on a 6 month contract.

With exposure to strategic decision-making and reporting to a supportive and technically astute Finance Director, this Finance Business Partner role is a newly created position with potential for a permanent opportunities after the initial period.

Salary/benefits:

  • £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • 35 hour working week - flexible working on offer 1 day a week in Manchester
  • 6 month contract


Job Duties:

  • Business Partnering with multiple functions across the business reviewing KPI performance, identifying trends
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
  • Timely production of weekly and monthly Management Information for presentation to leadership teams including commentary.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team, supporting commercial decisions and identifying future pressures & challenges
  • Prepare annual budget, and bi-annual reforecast
  • Build and maintain financial models in Excel, including a full P&L, B/S and cashflow as required

Ideal experience

  • Fully qualified Finance Business Parter (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
  • Management accounts experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business, with the ability to work with both Financial and Non-Financial teams
  • Excellent communication skills
