Finance Business Partner

The FBP will partner with multiple finance teams and the wider business to provide accurate and timely financial information. Supporting Business Unit Directors and collaborating with external consultants you'll ensure objectives stay on schedule.

The Role:

* Business Partner various Senior Business Managers and Directors internally as well as Consultants and Contractors externally to influence strong commercial and operational decision-making decisions.
* Calculate and manage financial opportunities whilst minising financial risks.
* Work collaboratively across the team to share best practice and experience to optimise overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
* Prepare and review annual budgets and reforecasting, monthly management information including in depth variance analysis and underlying performance reporting.
* Development of revenue forecast.
* Implement and maintain robust financial processes.
* Deliver initiative-taking ad-hoc financial analysis to support business unit decision making.

The Candidate:

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with 2-3 years Post Qualified experience.
* Have experience of business partnering and influencing decision making within a large business environment.
* Strong financial modelling experience.
* Be results driven and solution orientated.
* Be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
