Description

The Finance Business Partner will;

• Collaborating with various departments to develop financial forecasts and operational goals.
• Analysing financial data and creating financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Providing insightful, data-driven business recommendations to the executive management team.
• Assisting with budget preparation and management.
• Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost-saving measures.
• Preparing detailed monthly performance reports and presentations.
• Identifying opportunities for financial optimisation and risk management.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
