An exciting opportunity has arisen for a leading Services business in their recruitment of a Commercial Finance Business Partner!

This is a pivotal role in the Finance team where you will be working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment, you will utilise communication and analytical skills to work with various Operational teams and Finance departments across the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Completion of monthly performance reporting and management information providing analytics, information, and commentary on performance against targets.
  • Consolidation of rolling monthly forecasts & annual budget by working closely with the business unit stakeholders, including high quality commentaries & presentation slides.
  • Assist in administering the group budgeting process in TM1
  • Business partner with the Operational leadership teams in their data needs for performance management
  • Maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and challenge appropriately to ensure delivery of high standards of customer care.
  • Responsible for financial planning, analysis, implementation and effective monitoring of financial systems and processes.
  • Analyse data from various sources and monitor and report on trends.
  • Ad-hoc projects and support as required.

About you as the Finance Business Partner:

  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Recent experience of working in a similar role is essential
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Experience in using TM1
  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Great communication skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
  • Travel will be required to attend team meetings and to visit operational sites
