Finance Business Partner

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Experience with cost accounting and working in operational environments
• Being able to work within the detail but also have a strategic view
• Strong communication skills and being able to work with finance and non finance stakeholders

A little more information about the responsibilities in the role:

• Resilience with working with multiple stakeholders and managing strict deadlines
• Manage the preparation of forecasts and plans and work with a cross functional team being the expert in providing financial insight on a wide range of topics
• Support the organisation with decision making on key initiatives by analysing the financial and commercial risks and opportunities, and leading on identifying operational efficiencies
• Utilise internal data to create management reports with details on business performance including insight on sales, margins and variances to plans.
• Manage business case creation relating to large capital expenditure projects
