Finance Business Partner

Taylor Whitmore is delighted to be supporting a market leading business based near Bury St Edmunds who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

The position will report directly to the CFO of the business and will be a key role managing stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the directors and managers
• Supporting the retail business from a finance viewpoint including strategy development and execution
• Fully responsible for budget and forecast preparation and presentation
• Analyse and report on the current financial status of retail function
• Continually improve accounting and reporting
• Be involved/lead projects and other ad hoc tasks when required
• support the wider finance team and help when required

Skills & Knowledge required:

• Part or Fully qualified chartered accountant.
• Experience of delivering practical financial analysis.
• A proven track record to demonstrate excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Able to challenge when required.
• Retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
• A full UK driving licence for travel to the various retail sites.
