We are working with a prestigious art higher education institution to help find two new Finance Business Partners to join the team. After a recent restructure, the FP&A team is growing and the positions are newly created to help support both the teaching departments and student services. You will be a qualified accountant with experience dealing with budget holders and other non-finance stakeholders. This is a perfect role for candidates who feeling comfortable building strong relationships internally and have excellent data manipulation skills. We are keen to speak to candidates with brilliant Excel skills and are systems savvy, to help with an upcoming systems update.

Your Role
- To act as business partner including members of the Senior Management Team, academics, and heads of support functions.
- Provide accurate, reliable, and timely financial information including monthly management accounts, forecast, budget-holder reports and project reporting.
- Build trusted partnerships with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions.
- Ensure the Head of FP&A is kept informed on the financial position and communicate/advise on the financial implications of future projects.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, and the ongoing monitoring of actual and forecast financial performance, identifying any deviations and highlighting them to the Head of FP&A.
- Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with some post qualified experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with budget holders
- Systems savvy, ideally with Access Dimensions/Unit 4 Agresso
- Skilled Excel user
