The Finance Business Partner will be a key figure in the strategic decision-making process, providing financial insight to enhance business performance in an Manufacturing and Production business. Based in Milton Keynes they will act as a bridge between the Accounting & Finance department and the wider business.

Description

• Provide financial insight to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across departments
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Cost Control
• Stakeholder Management
• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor and analyse business performance metrics
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Facilitate financial training for non-finance staff
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Studying toward ACCA or CIMA
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Experience with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
