This role is for a Financial Business Partner (FBP) in the Accounting & Finance department of a well-established organisation within the Not for Profit and Charities sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, forecasting and budgeting.

Description

  • Provide insightful financial management to support strategic decision making
  • Engage with stakeholders and partners to foster strong relationships
  • Contribute to the development of financial strategies and plans
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports
  • Collaborate effectively with the Accounting & Finance team
  • Advocate for fiscal responsibility and efficiency within the organisation
  • Participate in project work as required

Profile

A successful FBP should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Not for Profit and Charities sector
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive approach and ability to work well within a team
