What Will I Be Doing?

- **Business Partnering**: Collaborate with Business Units and Cost Centre Budget holders, including headcount review.
- **Financial Reporting**: Participate in all annual financial reporting processes such as Month End, Forecasting, and Budgeting, with a thorough understanding of actuals and variance reporting.
- **Headcount and Salary Reporting**: Manage reporting related to headcount and salaries.
- **Performance Support**: Present UAP performance in monthly COCIND meetings, ensuring timely action closure.
- **Finance Priorities Review**: Contribute to Finance Business Partner Priorities Review.
- **Balance Sheet Actions**: Ensure timely resolution of balance sheet actions.
- **Cost Control**: Oversee cost control for Site Overheads & General Expenses with monthly reviews, challenging budget holders as necessary.
- **Production Reporting**: Report on the cost of production by business unit.
- **KPI Reporting**: Conduct monthly KPI reporting.
- **Risk and Opportunity Assessment**: Continuously assess and consider risks and opportunities to the plan.
- **Support Programme Managers**: Assist programme managers with monthly and annual reporting packs, focusing on Value Added, hourly rate, CCP, and VEX.
- **Annual Costing and Material Validation**: Contribute to annual costing and weekly material validation.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Engage in continuous improvement and development initiatives.
- **Audit Support**: Provide support for internal and external audits as needed.

### What Do You Need from Me?

**Essential:**

- Experience as a Finance Business Partner
- Proficiency in Budgeting/Forecasting and Variance Analysis
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum part-qualified in CIMA
- Effective communication at all levels
- Strong time management to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail for high-quality output
- Self-starter and team player

**Preferable:**

- Knowledge of Power BI
- Experience with SAP
- Proven track record in leading change or process improvements
- French language skills
