Given the role requirements, we need a strong analytical thinker who can identify business opportunities to enhance profitability through sales and margin improvement and cost reduction.

Please note that regular travel between our head offices in Blackburn and Leeds is required for this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly commercial reports and dashboards.

·Analyse profitability across sites and income streams, offering strategic recommendations.

·Lead the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure financial accuracy.

·Act as the primary contact for commercial reporting and analysis.

·Utilise KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

·Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to foster strong business partnerships.

·Identify and address process gaps through cross-functional collaboration.

·Utilise data analysis to innovate and optimize efficiency and profitability.

·Provide support to senior management in driving informed decision-making.

·Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

·Finalist or Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.

·Articulate and persuasive communicator with the ability to convey ideas clearly and forge positive relationships.

·Ambitious and motivated individual who inspires others to achieve goals through visionary leadership and mentorship.

·Comprehensive understanding of how the current and potential customer base supports the business strategy.

·Recognised subject matter expert (SME), adept in leading project initiatives and presenting to senior stakeholders.

·Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software and utilise system knowledge to create detailed and specific reports.

·Excellent organisational abilities.
