Greenwell Gleeson is working exclusively to recruit a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to help drive operational performance improvement for a stand alone division of an listed group. Reporting directly to the MD, the role holder will be tasked with

* Being the key finance business partner for the business
* Supporting the production of the monthly results and subsequent reporting packs
* Ownership of the monthly forecasting and annual business planning process for multiple projects
* Supporting FD and Senior Management to drive commercial performance and better decision making
* Provide detailed analysis to understand business drivers and identify project risk
* Support Bids and Tenders and post completion project review.
* Challenging the status quo and helping devise and implement strategies to drive business improvements and cost efficiencies.

To be considered for the role you will be :-
* A qualified accountant
* Ideally have experience of working in a long term contracts environment with construction or facilities management preferred.
* A confident communicator with the ability to develop strong working relationships with the sales and operations teams
* Excellent data manipulating and analysing skills
* Demonstrate leadership skill across the business
