Finance Business Partner

Location: London

Contract Type: permanent

Business Unit: Healthcare (Hybrid, client sites/home working)

As finance business partner, you will provide tools, analysis and insight to the business, challenging thinking within a portfolio of key accounts in ISS UK. You will help to make informed decisions whilst driving the business strategy, maximising value creation for the Client and minimising risk exposure.

In addition, you will be responsible for reporting all contractual and financial matters - both to ISS UK and to the Client team as well as end-to-end financial management for the client contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with peers of the Client’s representatives; promoting ISS and development of services and understanding the changing needs of the Client

  • Build partnerships and strong relationships with managers, stakeholders and their teams providing financial support to commercial decision making.

  • Challenge and support the business (unit) in driving business improvement initiatives, including cost reductions, contract negotiations, price execution and process improvements

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting and forecasting of financial performance including month end results

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Qualified or Part Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, CA)

  • Experienced in commercial finance within a commercial service contract environment.

  • Prior client facing experience is essential

  • Strong communicator and be able to communicate with clients, operations, suppliers and team
