Finance Business Partner

With an impressive history of growth this insurance group are recruiting for a commercially minded qualified accountant with demonstrable experience of working within the insurance market to join them in a newly created role of Finance Business Partner. This high profile role within a small team will take responsibility for

• Budgeting and business planning across the group entities, understanding the business lines to help drive strategy
• Understanding and reporting on monthly variances
• Assist in the development of the budgeting and forecasting system, while developing financial models
• Oversight of reporting on both working capital and treasury
• Preparation of management reports on both an individual and consolidated level
• Assist with a variety of process improvement projects as they continue to grow
• Work closely with both senior leadership in finance as well as across the business

You will be a commercially focused qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with demonstrable experience within the insurance market (including broker, MGA or carrier). As well as the obvious analytical and reporting skills, combined with the ability to build models, you will be comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
