Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner whose looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a large reputable organisation, working alongside supportive and talented colleagues?

In this exciting opportunity role, your duties day to day may include:

• Production of annual budgets, forecasting outturns and monitoring reports, deliver a robust medium-term financial position

• Work closely and effectively with budget holders to prepare a three-year financial budget within a set of consistent budget assumptions

• Identify savings within the financial budget to support the medium-term financial plan

• Drive financial performance improvements and support the delivery of growth plans
• Monitor budgets, identify efficiency opportunities, and manage costs effectively
• Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making and appraise investments
• Collaborate with leadership teams to develop accurate forecasts and trading assumptions
• Ensure financial processes are embedded, reducing risks and enhancing reporting accuracy

We are looking for:

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and experience in financial planning and analysis or business partnering
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
