Morgan McKinley is proud to be working in partnership with a growing retailer to recruit a commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner.
In this highly commercial role, you will build strong relationships across the commercial and operational teams, leading the reporting, budgeting & forecasting process, and insights to the business performance.
Role
Working in partnership with Leadership Team you will ensure the business is able to make the right financial decisions to support the evolution of the business.
Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Business Partner will include:
- Leading planning, forecasting and reporting cycles and explaining variances.
- Developing and running financial reporting and modelling.
- Business Partner with leadership teams to enhance performance.
- Presenting at all levels of the business up to board.
- Working with the Senior Leadership Team to optimise and streamline reporting.
Profile
- It is essential the candidate is a Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Strong communication skills - able to push back AND able to support stakeholders.
- Proven experience within a manufacturing or engineering business.
- Strong ERP and Excel skills.
- Able to work within tight deadlines.
- Results orientated, with a desire to succeed.

Salary & benefits
The role of Senior Finance Business Partner has a salary of £65,000 - £75,000 plus bonus and other benefits.
