Finance Director – Change – (Workday implementation)

Talentedge are delighted to be partnering with a high-growth and agile financial services organisation who are currently embarking on a company-wide transformation.

In what is a newly created role, you will partner closely with the Global Transformation Director and CFO, acting as the Finance Project Lead for the implementation of Workday as the new ERP.

Utilising your strong delivery, project management and communication skills, you will lead on improving processes and controls whilst improving the strengths of automation tools. This is a cross-functional role whereby you will have full operational oversight for the implementation.

Project:

  • Re-engineer financial processes and controls
  • Implement Workday
  • Introduce more automation / commercial thinking / value add / partnering ways of working - changing the cultural mindset

Profile:

  • Qualified accountant or strong finance-function operating experience
  • Cross-sector experience or a management consultancy background is advantageous
  • Significant exposure to Workday, ideally from an implementation perspective  
  • Established business partner, capable of challenging, advising and influencing senior stakeholders across the whole organisation
  • Clear and articulate thinker
  • Data focussed individual
