Finance Director - Education - up to £85k

I have partnered with a school near Berkshire who are looking for a Finance Director to support them through their growth.

These guys have a great culture and really strive themselves on having the best environment for their students! They are all really passionate about what they do and are looking for someone who wants to help them through their growth.

Role responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and work with the Head Teacher and senior membership team
  • Strong focus on working strategically to reduce costs and help with the growth of the company
  • Help with direct reports and assist where needs be
  • Assist with hands on requirements when needed
  • Oversee and have imput on descions being made
What are they looking for?

  • Fully qualified (ACCA / ACA / Qualified by experience etc)
  • Experience within a school / knowledge of school governance
  • Must have good strategic experience
  • Must have knowledge and experience being hands on with budgeting etc
