Robert Walters - Finance Director (PUBLIC SECTOR)

Salary: £68,000 - £78,000 per annum + pension

Location: Stoke on Trent

Our client, is seeking a Finance Director to provide operational leadership and financial management support. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and effective operational and business management, contributing significantly to their future growth and expansion.

What you'll do:

  • Provide operational leadership across individual academies within the Hub Region
  • Offer financial management support and advice to these academies
  • Contribute as a senior finance member of the Trust to ensure efficient and effective operational and business management
  • Support the academies' and the Trust's opportunities for future growth and expansion
  • Play a central role in academy improvement and effectiveness
  • Ensure safeguarding and protection of children and vulnerable adults as a top priority

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in operational leadership within a financial setting
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Strong financial management skills with the ability to offer support and advice
  • Experience in contributing to organisational growth and expansion
