Are you a talented and ambitious Finance Lawyer seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are currently looking for highly skilled individuals to join a dynamic Structured Finance team in our client’s London and Birmingham offices.

Our client is a global 100 law firm who has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice rooted in a deep understanding of the sectors and geographies in which they operate.

ROLE

  • You will be expected to work closely with the partners in the national structured finance practice, and other senior lawyers in that group.
  • Advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions.
  • The work will involve acting for all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities across asset-based finance, securitisation and debt capital markets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • England & Wales qualified lawyer.
  • 2-6 years PQE.
  • Have experience in one or more of the following workstreams: securitisation (private or public), asset backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lending.
  • Must be commercially aware and have strong technical knowledge.
  • Be a team player with a strong client focussed approach and excellent communication and organisational skills.
