JobTitle: Finance Manager / MA

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits

Location: Aylesbury

I am currently working with a well-established & expanding group of businesses, operating across the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire region, to assist with bolstering their current finance team. This is a newly created role in the business, purely due to a recent acquisitions and expansion plans, across the board.

The company has been operating, while being market-leaders within their area of specialism, for over 40 years. Dealing with colleagues across two sites, this role will suite an experienced Management Accountant, looking to be involved in the healthcare industry.

As this business is value-driven & proud to adopt of welcoming & warm culture, this role is flexible in terms of responsibilities, as personal character is very important for the success of this role.

What they need:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, strong QBE's considered
  • Confident dealing with Month End, within a group structure, with full ownership of this process
  • Able to work autonomously & collaborate with the wider team when required
  • Healthcare industry experience (Desirable)
