Atkinson Moss are delighted to be exclusively supporting an exciting Group entity based on the outskirts of Norwich in their search for a Finance Manager. The company boast a strong trading record and exciting growth plans in the coming years.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be given the opportunity to blend technical, commercial and project based task in this well rounded role.

Key duties to include:

  • Prepare and analyse overhead reports, contributing insights for decision-making.
  • Providing financial projections and variance analysis to work alongside budget managers to implement changes.
  • Responsible for the tracking & forecasting of large scale Capex project.
  • Oversee the roll-out of our new internal systems with the support of wider business
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and update reporting packs for management review.
  • Ad-hoc including daily cash management, forex trading, reporting and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong technical background and a commercial outlook. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other systems will be hugely advantageous. Crucially, you will be an excellent communicator who is able to effectively collaborate across multi-functional teams.
