Finance Manager

Robert Half Talent solutions are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager for a highly regarded Financial Services organisation based in Cardiff.

The Assistant Finance Manager will be an integral part of the Financial Reporting & Controls team. You will be responsible for delivering a consistent and effective approach to implementing risk and internal regulatory requirements across the wider Finance team, while championing the improvement of current processes and embedding policies into the team. As part of the Financial Reporting & Controls team you will also be responsible for supporting ad hoc financial reporting requirements as necessary.

This role is ideal for those looking to increase their exposure across Finance. You will need to work proactively with stakeholders building productive relationships and engaging on important topics. You will work with Revenue, Expenses and Commercial Finance teams, and contact with teams across the group and (Group Treasury, Risk, Audit, Compliance).

On offer: Salary of £45,000 to £50,000 an outstanding benefits package, generous bonus and hybrid, flexible working
