Job Role: Finance Manager

Are you a seasoned financial expert with a knack for strategic planning and a passion for driving financial success? We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Finance Manager to lead our finance team and contribute to our company's growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning: Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts as a Finance Manager.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts including supporting reconciliations
  • Review control accounts reconciliations on a rolling basis to aid year end accounting including
  • extract and checks on profit and loss analysis
  • Oversee bank reconciliations as a Finance Manager 
  • Monitor the completion and production of sales and purchase ledger providing authorisation
  • Assist with the preparation of year end accounts, including the provision of support and assistance during the annual audit ensuring it is delivered in a timely and effective manner
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses as a Finance Manager .
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure company stability.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control company expenditures and financial performance.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACA/AAT preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technology: Proficiency with financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail as a Finance Manager
