Are you ready to lead a small dynamic team as a Finance Manager?

Seeking a Finance Manager to steer the financial operations of the company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organisation. As the Finance Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape financial strategy, provide insightful recommendations, and drive business growth through strategic financial advice.

As the Finance Manager, you will:
  • Spearhead financial planning and analysis, crafting budgets and forecasts, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and offering corrective actions when needed.
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including bank transactions, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, VAT, payroll, and stock management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage cash flow effectively to meet financial obligations and contribute to strategic planning by providing valuable financial insights.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
