A company in the Education Sector is seeking a Finance Manager to provide cover for maternity leave. This fabulous opportunity has an outstanding list of company benefits and gives you the flexibility to work full or part time hours and the option to just work during the school terms. You must have experience processing transactional accounts, preparation of management accounts, budgets and year end whilst supervising a small team. This position requires someone with strong communication and organisational skills and commitment to honour the full contract.

THE ROLE:
Maternity contact until June 2025.
Full or part time hours - Term time only is a working option. Hybrid a possibility.
Oversee management accounts, budgets, year end and audits for the school.
Provide support, training and encouragement to a small finance support team.
Knowledge of processing accounts in the education sector would be an advantage.

THE CANDIDATE:
Be available and committed to honour the entire contract
Possess knowledge that includes management accounts, budgets, audits, yearend.
Experience of managing a team of accounts support staff would be helpful.
Be a collaborative team player and enjoy variety in your day.
Be able to work to changing deadlines with a good eye for detail and accuracy.
