Our client, an SME business based in Bristol, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a role with a high level of responsibility, where you will effectively handle the financial management of the organisation. The role offers the chance to work closely with senior management and other team members to support strategic aims and deliver operational objectives. This position has the potential to lead to the Finance Director role.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

  • Work closely with senior management and other team members to support strategic aims and deliver operational objectives
  • Prepare and present monthly Management Accounts to the MD, including Balance Sheet reconciliations and cashflow forecasts
  • Ensure that all legislative and regulatory financial reporting requirements are met
  • Play a key role in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage contracts pertaining to the Finance role, such as IT and Software
  • Provide timely Information to the Operational Team, assisting and supporting the team with monthly reviews

Key essentials of the Finance Manager:

  • CIMA/ACCA or QBE
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
