Fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Accountant to join a well-known business in a high performing team.

You will be commercially focused and will build relationships quickly and effectively with the Operations team to drive business performance. You'll be able to influence stakeholders at all levels both inside and outside of finance and will be solution orientated.

The Role

* Business partnering with varying departments and functions.
* Provide financial support and analysis to optimise decision making for key
business functions (marketing/sales/operations).
* Translate complex financial information to senior stakeholders outside of
finance.
* Lead performance reviews with Operational Directors to help focus on where the
business is excelling and underperforming.
* Construct standardised protocols/procedures for reporting, budgeting and
forecasting purposes.

The Candidate

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
* Proven ability to business partner and build business relationships quickly and
effectively.
* 5 years+ Progressive experience in relevant Finance/Accounting roles.
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Granular attention to detail.
