The Company: Due to continued growth, my client, who is a service provider to the grounds maintenance sector, is seeking a Finance Manager to join them in this newly created role. Based between Diss and Bury, along with their exceptional service excellence, this business is known for its high quality equipment and advanced technology making them a hugely competitive force within their industry.

The Role: This position, is a perfect opportunity for someone eager to further their career in a growing company. As the Finance Manager, you will take charge of overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and preparing robust financial reports. Your role will be crucial in managing and developing the finance team, providing strategic financial guidance, and collaborating across functions to aid financial planning and risk management. Analysing and interpreting financial data, managing cash flow, optimising resources, and ensuring directors receive timely and accurate management information. Working with management, you will also help to establish and improve effective processes and controls. Experience of the above is therefore crucial.

You:  With your knowledge and experience of Management Accounts and Financial Management, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) qualification, this role will see you become part of a Senior Leadership team within a growing business. If you are driven, detail orientated and ready to make that move, we want to hear from you.
