Your new role
As the Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive financial support and insights directly influencing strategic decisions. Your expertise will guide financial planning, budgeting processes, and ensure robust financial reporting that aligns with our ambitious growth plans. You will also work closely with the FD & CFO on business strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you must be:
- Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, ICAS)
- Be able to demonstrate your financial management experience (people management & end-to-end process management)
- Your commercial acumen should be matched by your ambition to drive success through meticulous financial oversight and strategic input.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of £60-65k along with the flexibility of remote working options. The role has 25 days annual leave plus bank, reimbursed travel where required and genuine progression opportunities.
