CMA Recruitment Group is currently recruiting a senior finance role with an established and multi-entity Group based in Christchurch, Dorset, who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager as number two to the CFO.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

  • Manging a team of nine and overseeing the day to day financial operation across the Group;
  • Ensuring the timely preparation of management accounts and board reports for multiple entities, together with Group consolidations;
  • Influencing strategic decision making and the future direction of the business;
  • Budget setting for multiple entities;
  • Reviewing procedures and implementing controls and process improvements;
  • Playing a key role in systems implementations across the Group.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

  • The ideal candidate will be ACCA / ACA qualified;
  • Previous experience working in practice or a large multi entity environment;
  • Strong people management skills;
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
