Finance Manager

Your new company
My client is an established local organisation experiencing an exciting period of rapid growth and looking for a Finance Manager to join their Suffolk site located near Stanton, between Bury St Edmunds and Diss, Suffolk.

Your new role
Working closely with the Directors, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations for the business and providing insightful financials to support in business and strategic decision-making.
- Management accounts preparation and financial analysis
- Financial and statutory reporting requirements
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cash-flow and working capital management
- Process review and improvement
- Staff management and development

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified (ACCA/CIMA) Accountant / Finance Manager with a proven track record in management reporting, financial analysis and budgeting and forecasting. A strong commercial outlook will be key and the ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders will be essential.

Salary: £50000 - £60000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time hours with hybrid and flexible working options
Location: Rural Suffolk location, 10 minutes from Stanton and easy commuting distance from Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds and Diss directions.
