Finance Manager

A FTSE listed retailer is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.

You will be accountable for managing budgets, analysing performance, and providing finance support.

Main duties include:

-Business Unit P&L ownership: supporting the leadership team to deliver sales, profit, and transformation targets.

-Understand key profitability drivers and pro-actively undertake analysis to support driving efficiency and maximising profit.

-Ownership for all forecast, budget, and planning outputs, supporting on insight to the leadership team on critical initiatives, key assumptions and risk and opportunities.

-Ensure critical initiatives are fully embedded within the planning cycles.

-Managing a robust rolling risks and ops process against Budget and forecast throughout the year

-Identify trends and insight to shape and influence forward decision making.

-Drive data driven decisions, utilising available analytical tools

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a finance business partnering background.
