Description

• Managing the financial reporting for the organisation, including monthly financial reports, budgeting and forecasting.
• Overseeing all audit and internal control operations.
• Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.
• Developing strategies to maximise ROI and meet the company's financial objectives.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating the management and budgeting processes.
• Engaging with stakeholders on financial matters.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
