Finance Manager

Finance Manager | Hospitality | London - Hybrid | £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus + benefits

A Leading Hospitality business are looking for their next Finance Manager. This role will report into the Group FC and will offer great exposure to a variety of projects and enable you to work closely with the Senior Leadership team. There will be lots of scope in this role with opportunities to progress.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the internal and external financial reporting
• Prepare the company year-end statutory accounts and the group’s monthly reporting
• Liaise with different teams to prepare the annual and interim report
• Lead a small team and act as a key contact for the auditors
• Subject matter expert on IFRS and UK GAAP and make sure accounting guidelines are up-to-date
• Present the monthly report to shareholders and be prepared to be involved with budgets and forecasts

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA)
• Straight from practice is essential
• Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge
• Management experience desirable - will be leading a small team of two
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
