Finance Manager

Up to £50,000 + Benefits

Hybrid / Swindon

I am exclusively working in partnership with a leading innovative IT SME based in Swindon to recruit a Finance Manager.

This is an exciting time to join the business with realistic opportunities for long term career progression to Finance Director.

As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations and provide strategic guidance to support revenue and profitability growth.

About the job:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
  • Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to support business objectives, growth plans
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statement
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
  • Lead and manage a small finance team
  • Develop accurate financial forecasts and performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making

  • Qualified by experience, part qualified or qualified
