Finance Manager

Reed Finance are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to join a successful and well-established SME in the Hastings area. This hands-on role is pivotal in supporting an already successful business in propelling to the next level, providing financial leadership and ensuring the integrity of accounting operations.

This position will be on a temp to perm basis, so being available immediately or at very short notice is essential. Our client are working on a hybrid basis.

As Finance Manager, your key duties will include:

• Hands-on oversight of accounts payable and receivable functions
• Overseeing all day-to-day accounting transactions and reporting
• Managing cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing reports
• Supervising and managing financial department staff
• Developing budgets and financial plans for the company
• Business partnering with company directors to drive growth and profitability
