Finance Manager

Globally recognised manufacturing business are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to be based here in their Bristol office.

Your new role
This is a broad role covering team management, technical accounting and business partnering to key stakeholders from across the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Line management a team of 5 people including day to day workload management but also conducting 1-1 and business appraisals.
• Production of financial statements and reporting
• Perform regular balance sheet reviews
• Report results to the wider group, supporting with any issues that may arise.
• Manage the audit process, acting as a key point of contact
• Consolidate data for cash forecasts
• Work with non finance stakeholders driving strategy and help problem solve where required.
• Provide ideas for continuous process improvement.
• Project management any new integrations into current processes and ways of working.

What you'll need to succeed
We are ideally looking for a qualified accountant, however, we can also consider someone that is part qualified or qualified by experience. Ideally you will have worked in a large multinational businesss and would be beneficial if you had team management experience. You should have good accounting knowledge and an understanding of SAP would be an advantage.
