Finance Manager

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this growing manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Newcastle, in their search for a Finance Manager. This is a part time opportunity - 3 days per week.

Your duties will include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Responsible for the annual accounts preparation and liaising with external accountants
• Preparation of monthly and annual forecasts and cashflow forecasts
• Preparation of annual budgets
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Variance analysis
• VAT returns
• Producing KPI’s and other ad-hoc information for management
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Accruals and prepayments
• Managing the finance team
• Ad-hoc project as required

You will either be a fully qualified Accountant or qualified by experience. You will have strong IT skills, particularly Word and Excel. An individual who can be commercially involved in the business, who can lead and develop a small team and be 'hands on' within the business as required.
