Our client is looking to recruit a Finance Manager who will be responsible for leading all aspects of the groups management accounting, payroll and pension across our growing group of companies. You will manage a group of management accountants and payroll team based onshore and offshore while driving process improvements across the finance function. You will report into the Finance Operations Director and work with the business partners and transactional teams to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the monthly and quarterly reporting processes, automating where possible.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
- Responsible for leading the onshore and offshore management accounting and payroll teams
- Develop and train our offshore team to become a key part of the finance team
- Develop and train the UK management accountants team
- Drive continuous improvement across monthly and quarterly reporting processes
- Effectively communicate with the wider finance team to understand how the management accountants can best support them and as a result the wider business
- Implement a monthly and quarterly reporting timetable that can be followed consistently
- Support with cashflow forecasting and management
- Responsibility for the team to prepare the first draft of the monthly reviews
- Assist with integrating new acquisitions, transitioning acquisitions to clients’ processes
- Support transactional team with improving month end handovers
- Payroll and Pension management – continuously improve the outsourced payroll process
- Relevant experience in finance positions or environment with Management experience
- Holds a relevant qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Excellent organising abilities
- Leadership Skills with good Interpersonal Skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with other software applications
