Finance Manager

Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are actively recruiting for a transactional Finance Manager, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for a small accounts team overseeing all transactional processes within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control functions
• Preparation of weekly payment runs
• Provision of weekly Accounts Payable reports
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Query resolution
• Overseeing the timely and accurate raising of invoices, chasing of overdue payments and Accounts Receivable reporting
• Monthly accruals and prepayments
• Analysis of P&L accounts

Skills and attributes required:

• At least 2 years’ managerial experience within an Accounts environment
• Previous experience of transactional processing within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong MS Excel skills
