On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Finance Manager to work for a newly expanding office of a national house builder based in Northampton.

Reporting into the Group Finance Director, duties of the role will include:

  • Monthly management accounts

  • Preparation of detailed monthly checklist to include risk control

  • Preparation of Finance Director's report

  • Monthly overhead analysis vs. forecast and budget

  • Prepare monthly exception reporting pack

  • Participation at management meetings, including bi-monthly regional board meetings, sales build meetings etc.

  • Preparation of accurate and timely year-end stat pack and associated year end schedules

  • Preparation of all Corporation Tax packs and computations

  • Responsible for VAT compliance

  • Preparation of 1/4ly forecasts and support schedules

  • Preparation of weekly cash flow statements for Division

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

  • Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA

  • Experience in construction/ housebuilding

  • Experience performing a hands on role

  • Driven and ambitious

  • Experience working in a rapidly growing business
