Willow London Living Ltd are looking for a Finance Manager!

Willow has a portfolio of over 200 properties in London, where we provide Guaranteed Rent for Landlords. Willow is currently a small independent company which is steadily growing and is in need of a Finance Manager. We are recruiting for a hybrid role with 3 days minimum requirement in the office.

This role is perfect for someone who loves numbers and is up for a challenge to help take Willow London Living Ltd to the next level as we aim to expand rapidly across London.

Responsibilities:
- Monthly reporting deck (Cash flow forecasts, P&L, budgeting, etc)
- Day-to-day Book-keeping using accounting software Xero
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties
- Ad-hoc finance duties as per the business requirements
- Monthly Payroll review
- Rental Account Reconciliation
- Preparation of VAT and Corporation Tax Returns

Requirements:
-Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
-Over 5 years’ experience working in Finance
-Technical accounting knowledge
-Experience using Xero preferred
-Excellent Excel Skills
-Fluent in English Speaking
