Finance Manager

Our client is a rapidly expanding business, they are now seeking a qualified accountant to join them as Finance Manager. As the sole report of the Finance Director your duties will will be wide reaching including:-

• Manage a small team
• Ensure a strong financial control environment - continually assessing current processes and procedures
• Manage all year end processes and support the FD deliver the company's audit
• Ensure month end reporting is completed accurately and timely
• Complete budgeting and forecasting along with insightful variance analysis and commentary to support decision making
• KPI analysis and work closely with key stakeholders to drive performance
• Partner with senior management and key stakeholders in the business to ensure financial performance is understood
• Develop strategies, policies and procedures that will drive optimal financial performance across all areas of the company

Ideally you will be a qualified accountant, with a strong academic record, you will have experience of managing a team and exceptional communications skills.
