Finance Manager – Controllership

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Bonus: 10% to 20%

About the Role

As a Finance Manager in Controllership, you'll report to the Head of Finance – Financial Control. Your role focuses on accurate month-end close processes, adherence to controls, and technical accounting advice.

You'll work with FP&A and Business Partnering teams. 

Key responsibilities include ensuring precise accounting, coordinating audits, and supporting new system implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate accounting and month-end closes.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Business Partnering teams.
• Resolve accounting issues and support audits.
• Maintain SOX compliance and assist with IFRS statutory accounts.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience: IFRS, US GAAP, SOX controls.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
