SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a global Warwickshire business based who are looking for a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be looking for a business that will provide you with a platform to introduce new ways of thinking and doing things. The work you carry out will play an important part in the growth of the company.

You will be a technically proficient individual and will be responsible for the following amongst other things:

Statutory accounts
Tax
Dealing with internal and external auditors
Co-ordination of certain month end tasks
Group reporting and liaison with group on any queries
Oversight of balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset register
Monthly management accounts
Management of a team of 4 accountants

The Financial Controller is looking for an individual who can really help increase their bandwidth and for someone who will be comfortable in dealing with whatever is thrown their way. This role requires an individual who is not afraid to be hands on.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) and will be looking for a role in a business where you will be part of some exciting growth plans and one in which you can really make your mark under the guidance of a fantastic FC.

My client is operating a hybrid working model with 2 days a week in the office.
