Finance Manager

Search Accountancy & Finance are working with a Gatwick based, family run business that have exciting plans to scale their business in the coming years. As a result of this growth our client is looking for a Finance Manager to work closely with the Directors of business.
The Finance Manager will take ownership of the finance department which will include staff development, financial reporting, ensuring robust process and procedures, the production of accurate and timely financial data and ensuring the finance function is able to scale with the business.
As the business grows there is the opportunity for this role to develop and progress your career.
Successful applicants can be either fully qualified, studying towards a qualification or qualified be experience. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential along with the ability to engage and business partner across the organisation. This role will offer hybrid working and a competitive salary.
