Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager join a fast-growing company based in Andover on a full-time, permanent basis. My client can offer hybrid working with a minimum of two days based in the office. This position would suit someone who enjoys being hands on and is resilient.

The Role:
  • Responsible for all aspects of month end and preparation of management accounts
  • Ensuring monthly balance sheet reconciliations are completed
  • Overseeing a small team to ensure closing of month end is achieved in a timely manner
  • VAT reporting
  • Responsible for invoice finance functions
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • AAT qualified or strong QBE
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Use of Xero – essential
