Can you provide experience and knowledge to lead a finance team?

Want the ability to impact business performance in a good all-round accountancy role?

Then this could be your next role! ABPM are seeking a Finance Manager for our well-grounded family-owned manufacturing client. They require a hands-on and engaged Accountant to hit the ground running to lead a team and collaborate with the Finance Director.

Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Oversee, support and develop a team.
  • Production of management accounts and sales analysis.
  • Manage departmental and business budget setting.
  • Financial accounts, month-end processes and reconciliations.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance to support decision making.
  • Process monthly payroll and carry out anomaly reports.
  • Drive continuous improvements and best practice processes.
  • Maintain and grow internal relationships at all levels.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

You should have achieved or hold the abilities within:

  • Qualified or Experienced.
  • Manufacturing background (ideal but not essential).
