Our client is looking for an accomplished finance professional to lead their accounting and reporting functions, ensuring robust systems and processes in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

About the Role:
You will manage a small finance team, offering day-to-day guidance, leading meetings, and overseeing performance reviews. This is a hands-on position, where you’ll also handle transactional tasks such as payment runs and resolving supplier queries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and analysing financial trends.

• Managing year-end processes in collaboration with external accountants.

• Ensuring compliance with VAT, HMRC filings, payroll adjustments, and international regulatory requirements.

As the business continues to grow, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to strategic initiatives such as streamlining processes for international expansion and conducting cost-saving contract reviews. What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.

• Strong ERP experience and advanced Excel skills.

• Proven experience managing a small team.

• Background in high-volume transaction businesses.

• Experience within fast-growing or multi-currency environments is a plus.
